Terms of Service

The service

Rivela is a business management tool for content creators and influencers, operated by Georgia Brewis (sole trader, UK). It helps you track brand deals, invoices, PR gifting, events, content, contacts, and affiliate income.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rivela. By signing up, you confirm you are 18 or over.

Subscription and billing

  • Rivela costs from £7/month (Starter), £19/month (Pro) or £39/month (Business) after a 7-day free trial. Annual billing gives two months free
  • No credit card is required to start your trial
  • Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings
  • Cancelling stops future charges. You retain access until the end of the current billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months

Your data

All data you enter into Rivela belongs to you. We store it on your behalf and do not use it for any purpose other than providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Rivela for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data
  • Reverse engineer or copy the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service

Availability

We aim to keep Rivela available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.

Limitation of liability

Rivela is provided as a tool to help you organise your business information. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on data in the app, missed invoices, or any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of Rivela after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
