Who we are

Rivela is operated by Georgia Brewis, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at georgiabrewis1@gmail.com.

What data we collect

When you use Rivela, we collect and store:

  • Your email address and password (via Supabase Auth)
  • Data you enter into the app — deals, invoices, PR items, events, contacts, affiliate income, and content calendar entries
  • Basic usage data such as when your account was created

Why we collect it

We collect this data solely to provide the Rivela service — to store and display your business information back to you. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your data is retained for as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently and immediately deleted from our systems.

Third parties

We use the following third-party services to operate Rivela:

  • Supabase — database and authentication, hosted on AWS in the EU (eu-west-1)
  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all card data; we never see or store your payment details
  • Hetzner — EU-based server infrastructure

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct any inaccurate data
  • Erasure — delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Delete account
  • Portability — request your data in a portable format
  • Object — object to how we use your data

Cookies

Rivela uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Data protection registration

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom.

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Rivela after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
